Career Specialties

Samantha Francis practices as a PA in internal medicine and ER, mostly rural health. Academically teaching in medical education for 10 years. 

Professional and Community Activities

Her doctoral thesis was published in the University of Lynchburg journal.  Francis is currently involved in research about PA student remediation and competency-based medical education models.  She is assisting partnership between the University of Tampa PA program with the Pre-PA club on campus to increase recognition and quality applicants to the PA program through facilitating faculty discussion, workshops and outreach events.
